Yes, we call them training runs. We find it makes us feel less guilty about the pie or fry-up afterwards.
EFR happily accommodates runners of all different levels because EFR is a club of runners at all different levels. While some of our members go for a gentle stroll and chinwag each session, other runners are training for their first 5k or ultra marathon (or some distance in between). Whatever your activity level or training goal, we never leave anyone behind.
