Get back into running

One of our freshly minted Jog Leaders (Debbie) will be starting informal weekly training sessions starting this Wednesday 09 July. This programme is perfect for people who have taken a wee break from sport and are looking for a way to get back on the wagon. Debbie will lead you through a progressive run/walk programme to shake off those cobwebs and get you back on track. Sessions will be part of our regular Wednesday runs, same time, same place (Glenogle Swim Centre, 6:50pm).
