The launch date for our first official Learn To Run programme has been set for Wednesday 01 October, 6:50pm at the Royal Commonwealth Pool. The programme will be led by JogScotland-trained volunteers who will take beginner runners through a progressive series of gentle walk:run intervals. The goal after 10-weeks of training is for our beginners to be able to jog continuously and comfortably for 15 minutes. As well, we hope our new runners will feel more confident, feel healthier, meet new friends, and develop a love for the sport! Come join us and learn how to love running!
