The Spring/Summer 2015 dates for EFR's Walk-to-Jog and Learn-to-Run programmes have just been announced! Walk-to-Jog (WTJ) is a 10 week programme suited to non runners who are interested in building up fitness starting from scratch. The gentle weekly walks will slowly build up to a jogging pace. WTJ starts Wednesday 03 June. Learn-to-Run (LTR) is also a 10 week programme but is suited to anyone already able to jog for 10 seconds who is interested in building up to jogging for 15 minutes.
